Terms of use

Last updated: 1 September 2026

By signing up for, or using, Broject you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English on purpose. The short version: keep it legal, safe and respectful, and don't be a jerk.

Who can use Broject

You must be 18 or over to use Broject. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement where you live.

One account per person. Don't share your login, and don't make an account for someone else.

Zero tolerance for bad behaviour

Broject has zero tolerance for illegal or harmful behaviour. This includes harassment, hate, threats, discrimination, sexual misconduct, grooming, fraud, theft, violence, weapons, drugs, or anything that puts people at risk.

We can suspend or remove you, and shut down any Broject, at any time, without notice, if we believe you have broken this rule or put the community at risk. Serious matters will be referred to the authorities.

Be respectful

Treat every person in your pack and on the platform with decency, regardless of background, culture, belief, gender or ability. Be curious, not a critic. Don't be a Tate. Disagreements happen, handle them with words, not hostility.

Bullying, doxxing, slurs, sexual advances, or pushing people out of a pack are all grounds for removal.

Your Brojects and content

You own the Brojects and content you create. You give Broject a limited licence to host, show and run them inside the platform so your pack can use them.

Don't post content you don't have the right to, and don't post anything illegal, harmful, or that breaches someone else's privacy.

Packs and other people

Brojects are run by the people in them. Broject does not run your Broject for you. You are responsible for who you let in, how you work together, and what happens on the ground.

Meet new people with the same care you would anywhere else. Broject can help you find a pack, but it cannot guarantee anyone's character.

No guarantee of outcomes

Broject is a platform to help people find each other and organise a project. We do not guarantee that any Broject will finish, succeed, be safe, or be what you hoped for. You take part at your own risk.

Closing accounts

You can close your account at any time from your profile. Closing it deletes your Brojects, conversations and connections with others. Some data may be kept where the law requires it.

We can also close or suspend your account if you break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Broject grows. We will try to tell you about material changes. Carrying on using Broject after a change means you accept the new terms.
